Add Family Portal to your phone

You can add Family Portal to the home screen so the link is easier to find.

There is no App Store or Play Store app. This is not a store download. It is a shortcut to your private page.

Installing it does not keep you signed in. You still enter your Family PIN.

• Use the personal link the home gave you.
• Do this on your own phone, not on a shared ward tablet.
• If the home later rotates your link, the old shortcut may stop working. Ask for the new link.

1. Open your Family Portal link in the browser.
2. Select Install Family Portal when the button appears.
3. Confirm the install.
4. Open Family Portal from the home screen next time.
5. Enter your PIN.

1. Open your Family Portal link in Safari.
2. Tap Share.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
4. Keep the name Family Portal.
5. Tap Add.
6. Open the new icon, then enter your PIN.

1. Open your Family Portal link in Chrome or Edge.
2. Look for Install in the address bar or the browser menu.
3. Select Install Family Portal if you see that button.
4. Enter your PIN the next time you open it.

If you cannot see Install, keep using the ordinary browser tab. Family Portal still works.
